VDA dosing station from GEA

The VARI-DOS-ASEPT dosing station from GEA makes it possible to dose sterile liquids in very small quantities of approx. 0.1 g to 0.3 g per litre directly into the aseptic main product flow. The product is transferred from the patented VDA packaging to the VARI-DOS-ASEPT dosing station via a cannula which is rapidly sterilised before dosing begins and then cooled to room temperature for absolute safety.
